Service Overview: Treehook provides webhook relay services, allowing users to forward webhook events from third-party services to multiple development environments. Users are allocated a quota of projects, webhooks, requests, and retries based on their chosen subscription.

Subscription Tiers:

Subscription Plans: Paid plans are available on a monthly and annual basis.

Trial Periods: Treehook does not offer trial periods for paid plans. The free Basic plan is available for unlimited use.

3. User Responsibilities

User Eligibility: Treehook imposes no eligibility restrictions for using the service.

Account Creation: Users are required to submit their email, password, name, and company details to create an account.

Prohibited Uses: There are no explicit prohibited uses, though misuse, including bug or error abuse, can lead to account suspension or termination.

4. Data Handling and Privacy

Data Collection: Treehook collects and stores user names and email addresses.

Data Usage: Treehook only stores webhook data for the purpose of relaying and will not share data with any third parties, except for email addresses shared with Lemon Squeezy for payment purposes.

Third-party Services: Treehook uses Lemon Squeezy as a payment processor. For payment purposes, your email address is shared to pre-fill payment pages.

Privacy: Webhook requests, responses, and passwords are encrypted to ensure security. Treehook takes user privacy seriously and aims to protect all collected data.

5. Service Availability

Uptime Guarantee: Treehook does not provide an uptime guarantee.

Maintenance and Downtime: Treehook commits to addressing downtime as quickly as possible. Users will be notified via email regarding ongoing maintenance and once services are restored.

Service Modifications: Treehook reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

6. User Termination and Suspension

Account Suspension/Termination: Treehook reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if it detects abuse, such as bug or error exploitation.

Refund Policy: Users may be eligible for a refund if they have not exceeded the basic plan's usage quota.

7. Liability

Limitation of Liability: Treehook is primarily intended for development purposes. The platform is not liable for sensitive user data that is transmitted to its servers.

Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify Treehook in cases of breach of the terms or misuse of the platform.

8. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration and Mediation: Treehook encourages resolving disputes through mediation before resorting to court actions.

Class Action Waiver: By agreeing to these terms, users waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

9. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Content: All intellectual property related to the Treehook platform is owned by Treehook.
